InvoiceJay support

Help with invoices, estimates, PDFs and subscriptions on iPhone, iPad and compatible Macs.

Include your app version, device model and a short description of the problem. Do not include private client details, passwords or payment card information.

Restore a subscription

Open InvoiceJay → More → Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. An active subscription unlocks Premium after the App Store and Adapty confirm it.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open Apple Account subscriptions, or use More → Manage App Store subscriptions. Removing InvoiceJay does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple.

Invoices, clients and backups

Documents are stored on your device. Use More → Export backup before changing devices or uninstalling. To import a backup, use More → Restore backup. Restoring replaces the current documents, clients and saved items; export a copy first if you want to keep them.

Free invoice allowance

The first three saved invoices are free in total. Estimates do not use the allowance. Deleting an invoice does not reset it. Existing saved documents remain available to edit, view and export.

Tax calculations

Choose the tax mode in Discount, tax & paid. Per-item rates apply in Per item mode. Check that each item's Taxable setting and the invoice's Price includes tax setting match your intended calculation.
