InvoiceJay for iOS — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

InvoiceJay is provided by Bulatbek Orazbekuly. This policy describes the iPhone and iPad app, including its use on compatible Macs. Contact: akzh16@gmail.com.

Your invoices stay on your device

Invoices, estimates, clients, business details, saved items and drafts are stored locally. The app does not upload their contents to our server, Firebase or Adapty. Creating a document does not send it to its recipient. No InvoiceJay account is required.

If you share a PDF or export a backup, the file is given to the app or storage destination you select. That destination has its own privacy practices. We cannot retrieve documents that exist only on your device. Keep a backup before removing the app or changing devices. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your Apple settings.

Subscriptions

Apple processes App Store payments. InvoiceJay uses Adapty to check subscription status, restore purchases and show subscription offers. Adapty receives purchase and subscription records, a pseudonymous app profile identifier, device and app information, and interactions with its onboarding and payment screens. These records let the app determine Premium access and let us understand subscription performance. We do not receive your payment card details.

The app disables Adapty's advertising identifier (IDFA) and IP-address collection options. It does not send invoice contents, client contact details or business payment instructions to Adapty. See Adapty's end-user privacy policy.

Analytics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics helps us understand actions such as opening the app, saving a document, previewing or sharing a PDF, returning on another day, and interacting with subscriptions. Events contain action categories and technical measurement tags, not invoice text, prices, client names, addresses or email addresses entered in documents.

Firebase may process app-instance or installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, interaction events and approximate geography derived from network information. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and technical diagnostics to help identify faults. Advertising identifier collection is disabled in this app. We do not include an advertising SDK or use these services for cross-app targeted advertising. See Firebase privacy information and Google's privacy policy.

Support requests

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information or files you choose to include. We use this information to answer your request. Please remove confidential client details before sending an example document. Sending documents is optional.

Sharing, retention and your choices

Service providers process the technical and subscription data described above. Data may be processed outside your country under those providers' arrangements. We do not sell invoice contents or personal information.

Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app; exported copies and device backups must be managed separately. Subscription and diagnostic records follow the relevant providers' retention practices and applicable requirements. Uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically erase service-provider records.

You can delete local invoices and saved items, manage exported files and backups, and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account. Removing the app also removes its local records; separately saved backups are not erased. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by us or our providers, contact akzh16@gmail.com. We may need technical information to locate a pseudonymous record. We cannot identify your app installation from invoice contents that were never uploaded.

Children and changes

InvoiceJay is a business productivity tool and is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact support. We may update this policy when the app or its services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
