Privacy Policy for InvoiceJay

Last updated: October 1, 2026

InvoiceJay is provided by Akzhelken. This policy explains how the InvoiceJay Android app handles information when you create documents, use app features, and manage a Premium subscription. For privacy questions or requests, contact akzh16@gmail.com.

Information you enter

InvoiceJay lets you enter business details, client details, invoice and estimate items, amounts, dates, notes, and payment information that you choose to include in your documents. The app stores this content, including unsaved drafts, in its private storage on your device. InvoiceJay does not require an account, and this document content is not uploaded to an InvoiceJay server.

The app creates PDF documents on your device. If you choose to share a PDF or export a backup, Android saves or sends a copy to the destination you select. That destination or recipient may then handle the copy under its own privacy practices. Importing a backup reads the file you select into the app.

App usage, diagnostics, and subscriptions

InvoiceJay uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage. This includes app and device information, an app-instance identifier, automatically collected events, and events such as onboarding completion, document creation, PDF export, paywall display, and purchase or restore actions. The app does not intentionally add client names, invoice contents, or document amounts to these custom analytics events.

InvoiceJay uses Firebase Crashlytics in release builds to diagnose crashes. Crash reports may include an installation identifier, device and operating-system information, app version, timestamps, and technical details about a crash.

InvoiceJay uses Adapty and Google Play Billing to show subscription offers, process and restore purchases, and determine whether Premium access is active. These services may process an app or device identifier, a subscription profile, paywall interactions, and purchase or subscription history. Payments are handled by Google Play; InvoiceJay does not receive your full payment-card details. Adapty is configured not to collect the Android advertising ID or IP address through its SDK settings.

Why we use this information

We use information to provide document and PDF features, remember your settings and subscription access, understand how the app is used, diagnose problems, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not use InvoiceJay to display third-party advertising.

Service providers

Google and Adapty process the information needed to provide analytics, crash reporting, and subscriptions. Their practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, and Adapty End-Users Privacy Policy. These providers may process data in countries other than your own.

Storage, security, and deletion

InvoiceJay keeps document content in Android app-private storage. The app disables Android's automatic app backup. You can delete individual documents in the app. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local app data, but it does not remove PDFs or backup files that you exported or shared elsewhere. Please delete those copies from their destinations separately.

Analytics, crash, and subscription data is retained by the relevant service providers according to their policies and the settings of the services we use. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. To ask about information associated with your app use, or to request deletion where available, email akzh16@gmail.com. We will review the request and work with the relevant provider when necessary.

Children

InvoiceJay is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the situation.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The latest version and its update date will be posted on this page.
